What Impact You Will Have:
AchieveForum is offering an exciting opportunity for talented sales professionals with experience selling intangible business solutions to the Fortune 500. AchieveForum’s Account Executive – Leadership is responsible for hitting/exceeding an annual revenue quota from a portfolio of named accounts, focused on selling our leadership development solutions. This is a senior role that requires high-level execution at every stage of the pipeline development and sales process. Stage examples include analyzing accounts, prospecting and scheduling with new contacts, identifying customer needs, positioning AchieveForum’s solutions, advancing opportunities, deepening relationships, and partnering with project team to ensure flawless execution.
What You’ll Need:
8 -10+ years of sales experience in a complex business environment with emphasis on selling of intangible services to leading corporations.
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in business or organizational development is a plus.
Previous success in a Sales or Business Development role for L&D, OD, training products or organizations is strongly desired.
Experience with new business development and maintaining relationships.
Established relationships with the Human Resources and Corporate Learning communities a plus.
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment.
Strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.
Strong customer-centered selling skills.
Ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively.
Time and project team management skills.
Very strong influence skills. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
Budget development/management skills.
