As our new Inside Sales Account Manager, you are an extraordinary communicator, skilled in establishing two-way dialogue (listening more than talking) through verbal and nonverbal cues, prompts, body language, and meaningful content. You will have had prior experience making outbound calls to existing (and new) distributors, asking probing and engaging questions and conducting virtual one-on-one and small group facilitation.

You will work with your peers and Regional Directors to promote sales within a specific targeted market.
Together, you are responsible for evolving new and existing Broker relationships, always with the goal of generating increased Mortgage Protection Plan insurance sales by identifying and eliminating barriers and objections.
You hold your LLQP designation and you are eligible to be licensed nationally (excluding Quebec).
Utilize your interpersonal skills to actively interact with Brokers, with the objective of supporting them in their understanding and promotion of our mortgage creditor product
Use available tools (Sales Support, Director of Sales resources, data & analytics, etc.) to identify and execute on sales opportunities to support CSIA Directors in the overall growth of their territories
Develop a contact management strategy for assigned travel agency locations and collectively improve how these locations are run
Ensure ongoing outreach to Brokers/Agents that meet a defined criteria
Make outbound calls to assigned/identified leads
Handle a busy calendar of activities and organize daily tasks productively to support Brokers within your targeted region
Build great relationships with new Brokers and agents to orient them to the Mortgage Plan Protection insurance value proposition for their clients
Cultivate new relationships as Brokers are onboarded in order to educate and equip them to confidently present our offer to their clients
Engage existing Brokers to move them to the next level of support
Use Salesforce.com to maintain client relationship records and data on current and proposed activity
Identify premier leads for Regional Directors
Collaborate with the marketing and the sales teams to develop training material
Quarterback Skype and Webex training sessions as needed
Identify and call out other opportunities or issues to business partners for resolution
Direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate subject matter guide
Collaborate within other business territories to share business leads and ideas
Develop KPI reporting for the Program
Source, plan and oversee virtual sales meetings and virtual sales training events
Craft and distribute all event invitations
Maintain and update information in Salesforce
LLQP designation with a minimum of one year of insurance sales experience, combined with the ability and willingness to become licensed nationally
