Job Location: US-Remote | US-GA-Atlanta

Position Responsibilities – This is a virtual position
Responsible for strategic account planning including monthly updates, quarterly reviews, and annual account planning.
Develop and grow key customer relationships at multiple levels to promote business growth and establish open channels of communication. Ensuring the overall quality of client projects, maintaining client relationships and ensuring the status of projects are communicated effectively to all parties. This includes building relationships with Category Managers, key VPs and other executives.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Knowing your customer through frequent site evaluations.
Ensure there are no barriers to our customers’ success; effectively manage issues with the support of the entire InComm team.
Create and implement strategic account plans to continuously improve service and grow revenue.
Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and recommend optimum solutions to increase revenue performance
Work with Product Management and Marketing to develop the best possible product suite available for each customer.
Produce detailed product and sales analyses.
Execute promotions and new product rollouts
Attend key customer vendor shows, charity events, and other key events.
Manage all aspects of customer account relationship; including billing, reporting, operations procedures, marketing, merchandising, product mix, sales promotions and tradeshows.
Produce key internal status reporting for the InComm team.
Responsible for communicating the direction of key accounts to the VP of Sales and other key executives.
Responsible for executing renewal contracts for key customers

Demonstrated analytical decision making capability.
Proven ability to perform in dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Track record in identifying and exceeding customer expectations.
Effective workload prioritization across multiple clients and projects..
Strong PC tool skills ? Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project2.
Ability to travel domestically by plane and by car.
Education & Experience:
3-5 years of account management/sales experience
Point of sales marketing services or sales experience
Prepaid or gift card business experience
Strategic account planning
