Title: On-Call Manager

The On-Call Manager is responsible for coordinating home health care services during non-business hours for our clients. We provide 24 hours of care, so we will need you to take call starting at Friday at 5 pm till Sunday at 5 pm; work every-other Sunday at 5 pm till Monday at 8:30 am.
The ideal candidate for this position will have staff scheduling experience and be able to multi-task in a high volume office in a compassionate manner.
Responsibilities include retrieving messages from our answering service, returning calls promptly, covering call-outs, problem solving, handling emergencies, and coordinating all clinical issues with the on-call nurse. This candidate must be able to go into the office.

The following are the minimal requirements for this position:
Staff scheduling experience (within home care preferred)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast pace environment.
Strong computer skills a must
HS Diploma is required
Advanced Training or Certification in Health Care/Associate Degree [i.e LPN] / 4 year Degree is preferred
