Your mission is be a a Sales Cloud customer champion: to listen closely and respond thoughtfully to their needs, working with our partners in TMP (Technology Marketing Product), Alliances, Customer Success Group, and beyond to drive customer success and growth. We leverage our relationships and expertise to scale our knowledge and inspire action across Salesforce, creating an ecosystem that drives Sales Cloud adoption and growth to new and unprecedented heights.
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Manager is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Core Sales products: (Inbox, Email Integration, HVS), programs, and processes. This person drives the relationship and alignment to their respective Technology and Product stakeholders and helps to ensure that CSG Field and CSG Go-To-Market professionals have the tools and information they need to be successful in their jobs as it relates to Sales Cloud products. The Sales Cloud Product Manager is laser-focused on solving for the most relevant Sales Cloud customer challenges, which may include field readiness, early adopter customer use cases, developing and distributing product and feature implementation best practices content, and publishing reference architectures.
In this role, you’ll be deeply invested in every aspect of the Sales Cloud customer experience. You will ensure that our customers’ voice is represented by serving as the linchpin across the CSG landscape, surfacing feedback and trends to our business partners and advocating directly for solutions that improve the Sales Cloud experience. Further, you’ll maximize value for our Sales Cloud customers, working strategically alongside our Sales, Support, Services, and Success teams to drive clear business outcomes. You will bring architectural guidance, product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital to our customers – and in return, they provide us with valuable perspective on our product, services offerings, and success strategy. You also will work cross-functionally with our partners in the field to develop and transition our expertise across CSG, building a sustainable and self-powered ecosystem that drives success for all Sales Cloud customers.
Establish mutually beneficial relationship with Sales Cloud product owners and stakeholders
Collaborate with the Technology, Marketing & Product organization, and Customers to execute an early adopter program
Lead Sales Cloud Ambassador program to scale expertise across the business
Develop Sales Cloud based solutions using Salesforce technology for common customer use cases.
Lead formal presentations, webinars and other learning events tailored to field delivery stakeholders (advisory, delivery, GTM, etc.) to showcase Sales Cloud customer use cases and reference architectures
Provide ad hoc subject matter expertise as warranted via customer needs and business demands including but to limited to practice operations, pre-sales support, field assistance, etc.
Basic Requirements and Skills:
Deep understanding of the Sales Cloud
Implementation experience with one or more products
Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the products and how our customers use our platform to manage their business.
