Amazon HR Services and Solutions (HRSS) is looking for an experienced QA Dev Engineer to perform all QA activities for the Salesforce application we are building for our Leave of Absence and Accommodations (LOAA) business customers. HRSS will enable employee self-sufficiency by providing simple, intuitive self-service tools across devices using communities, lightening, and other Salesforce next gen technologies. We will implement the overall self-service strategy and user experience for our employees and partners by integrating it with other Amazon cross systems and platforms like telephony (AWS Connect), content management system (CMS), and analytics ensuring a consistent global experience
The QA Dev Engineer will perform all QA activities such as create test plan, test case, run test script, will run bug triages, and produce bug metrics and different QA reports. The candidate should know testing processes in Salesforce (SFDC) platform and across its sandbox environments. The QA Dev Engineer may work in multiple project work streams; the person will represent QA team in planning discussions, advocate QA best practices and guidelines to business and technical stakeholders.
Perform white box and black box functional testing of applications on Salesforce platform including UI, backend, Salesforce components and integration’s.
Define, coordinate and execute perform application load and performance testing
Define end to end testing process, define QA methodology across multiple work streams
Define and report daily, weekly and other QA metrics
Research and find opportunities to utilize Salesforce QA best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring
Communicate the value and ROI of QA activities via dashboards and metrics
Use test automation tools and manual testing to execute test plans and identify defects prior to release.
Collaborate with DevOps team to integrate the automated tests in the CI/CD (Continuous Integration, Continuous deployment) pipelines
Experience of implementing automation framework tools, such as Selenium

3+ years of Quality assurance and Quality Control experience.
1+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes (like white box, black box, and automation methodologies).
Experience in different types of testing like performance, load, etc.
Successful delivery of at least two products/projects using automated testcases using Selenium.
Experience developing applications in SFDC using Apex and Visualforce is a great plus
Degree in Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
5+ years of Quality Assurance and Quality experience
Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles.
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
Experience in distributed cross-continent load and performance testing.
Demonstrative success with implementing at least one large Salesforce.com project.
Good communication skills; the ability to explain and present details to both technical and business audiences.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Extensive experience using automated testcase platforms in conjunction with CI/CD.
