Vice President, Sales
We are seeking a Vice President, Sales to join a team that is committed to developing world-class technology solutions that will enable us to positively impact the lives of millions of people. This leader must have strong B2B SaaS Enterprise experience, providing plans to exceed sales objectives. We are looking for an exceptional leader who has previous experience building, transforming and managing successful sales business units. You will take responsibility for our sales team and strategy, partnering closely with Marketing and Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
You will operate in a fast-paced, challenging, fun environment, and your teams work will be seen by some of the biggest and most respected companies in the world. You will have a tremendous imprint on our company – and through it the entire industry – and be integral to our success.
Drive rigorous sales development execution, oversight, and KPI management including forecasting and pipeline management
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product and other internal partners to grow pipeline, maturation strategies and execution plans for new geographies, products and market segments
Work across the company to understand diverse business requirements, including customer segmentation, acquisition, retention, finance, and customer experience needs
Drive sales tactics and strategic planning, including territory definition, how to optimize work with product and demand gen, quota and compensation construct, and resource planning and market expansion
Work with the executive team on pricing strategies for Anvyls product offerings
Optimize the sales processes and procedures to effectively scale the sales organization
Directly hire and manage a high performing sales tea
10+ years of previous sales experience in a similar capacity (B2B SaaS)
You are willing to do more than just sell. You will help with marketing, product, and training and development to help the company succeed
You are sharp, with a mix of self-confidence and humility that makes you willing to listen and able to lead
Understand how to build global sales teams, work across a multi-faceted company, manage at scale and galvanize teams towards a common objective
You are highly analytical, with some tolerance for ambiguity, and are willing to make thoughtful decisions with imperfect information when necessary
